Hot water pump mechanical seal: The characteristics of this mechanical seal are: the moving and static ring seats are made of titanium, and its expansion coefficient is small, similar to the carbonized prayer, and it is easy to fix the moving and static rings; the auxiliary seal is made of polytetrafluoroethylene The ethylene V-shaped sealing ring ensures the followability of the dynamic and static rings at working temperature; it adopts self-washing from the outlet liquid cooler, and the cooling high pressure liquid is sent to the shaft sealing box for washing. The structure is simple. The washing liquid cooler can ensure the auxiliary tightness. It is within the allowable working range of PTFE, which solves the problem of high-temperature auxiliary sealing. Among them, the heat transfer area of the cooler is 1 square meter, the tube length is 23.3m, the circulating water volume is 6L/min, and the cooling water volume is 60L/min.
