① Turn off the power supply of the water pump, disconnect the main power supply of the water pump, and make a warning sign to prevent being powered on by mistake during disassembly.
②. Disassemble the end cover screws of the pump symmetrically.
③. Pull out all the motor and the impeller. Large-scale water pumps are more difficult to pull out. There are screw holes on the pump cover to eject the impeller. (If the vertical pump motor is too large, use a hoist to slowly hoist it and lay it flat on a stable table. GISO pumps need to wipe off the coupling and pull out the bearing box and the impeller together)
④. Loosen the impeller fixing screws with a socket wrench.
⑤. Pull the impeller outward with a rama. If it cannot be pulled, use a small wooden block to pad the impeller, hit it with a hammer, and slowly rotate the impeller. Pay attention to the cast iron impeller and prevent the impeller from cracking by the rama. : CEA pump impeller does not need to pull the impeller, CEA pump impeller has threads, only need to lock the motor shaft and rotate the impeller counterclockwise)
⑥ After removing the impeller, observe the state of the mechanical seal, first slowly pull out the moving ring and remove it. If it is tight, spray lubricating oil on the shaft and remove the moving ring.
Then, encapsulate the new machine, the specific steps are as follows:
1>. To clean the pump shaft, use sandpaper to lightly polish the pump shaft and the static ring groove with a clean cloth, pay attention to no debris and small particles.
2>. Apply grease to the motor shaft and the static ring groove, wipe the static ring of the new machine with a clean cotton cloth, apply grease to the outer ring and end surface of the static ring, and then insert the static end face toward the outer ring Pay attention to the level in the static ring groove.
3>. After the moving ring is cleaned, apply grease to the inner ring and the end surface, gently rotate the end surface inward to slowly close the moving ring and the static ring end surface, and compress the moving ring spring.
4>. Put the impeller on the pump shaft, pad the impeller with a small wooden block, tap lightly with a hammer, install the impeller in place, and tighten the impeller fixing screws.
5>. Insert the motor and impeller into the pump body, pay attention not to crush the O-ring of the outer ring of the end cover, adjust the position of the impeller, turn the impeller to prevent jamming at the mouth ring, tighten the end cover screws evenly, and check whether the impeller is there. Jamming, and adjust accordingly.
6>. Clean up on-site tools and supplies, and clean up the site.
