The technical inspection mainly includes the following aspects:
The radial runout tolerance of the shaft (or shaft sleeve) where the mechanical seals for agitators is installed, the surface finish of the shaft (or shaft sleeve) and the dimensional tolerance of the outer diameter.
The tolerance of the verticality between the sealing cavity and the gland combined with the positioning end facing the center line of the shaft (or bushing).
The end of the shaft (or shaft sleeve) where the moving ring seal is installed, and the chamfering and smoothness of the end structure of the housing hole where the mechanical seals for agitators is installed.
The axial displacement of the rotating shaft of the mechanical seals for agitators when it is working.
